I know right now that I will not be able to say enough good things about Anderson’s Bookshop in this blog post to convey to just how much I loved this bookstore. This historic store is owned by Becky Anderson who is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I've met so far on my indie bookstore tour. Anderson's bookshop surpassed my most important requirement for an awesome bookstore: a really fantastic owner with wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, book-loving booksellers.
I spent so much time talking about books and bookstores with everyone at this store that I'm confident enough to guarantee you can go into the store, ask for a recommendation with absolutely no book in mind, and come out with a book you will love. You know how you meet people that you can tell they are doing what they love? That’s the vibe you’ll get from everyone in this store.
Don't just take my word for it on this bookstore, check them out for yourself when you're nearby. For those of you who take trips to Chicago, Naperville isn’t too far away for a bookstore run! ;-)
